Well , when i saw this link Microsoft Must Really Be Embarrassed By Windows Phone 7 Sales , i had keep myself quite rather than putting my views or reply on it immediately .
I know that there are more people out there who want to see how the Microsoft’s Windows phone 7 Sales has been as soon as it was launched , but here comes the news from the through Q&A by “Achim Berg, corporate vice president, Mobile Communications Business and Marketing Group”
The site states that
“We are pleased that phone manufacturers sold over 1.5 million phones in the first six weeks” .
1.5 million phones wow
looks promising right ??.
I am not sure on what the Apple’s iPhone or Google’s Android sales were in first few weeks of its release , but the Windows Phone 7 sales seems to be promising just when there were people talking about its sales of about 40,000 on the release first date .
Also Achim states in the Q&A that
“We’re in the race – it’s not a sprint but we are certainly gaining momentum and we’re in it for the long run.”
He is right too and this stats may keep the people who say ” Microsoft is late to the game” Quite .
I tend to remember the famous proverb “slow and Steady wins the race” after this announcement .
Game Already Over, Researchers Claim … ?? No boys , Game starts now … just wait and watch the growth of windows phone 7 in the coming year .

Congratulations, Microsoft. In the peak time for a phone (release), you have managed to achieve the sales figures of 4 days of Android in what – 1 month? 2?
Naturally, I am being sarcastic.
